This astonishing contemporary Sorrento home uses a balanced combination of minimalist modern lines, tonal accents and warm timber features to create the ultimate grand design.
During the build, Williams Group were required to undergo vast amount of earth works, due to the naturally steep slope of the land. The excavation was complete, making room for a pool, the concrete framed tiered landscaping and most importantly the home itself.
The 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home features a breathtaking entrance foyer lined with spotted gum pillars. Upstairs lies a north-facing living room with bi-fold windows connecting to the entertaining deck that shows off its stunning panoramic views.
This Sorrento home was constructed utilising cement render and Australian hardwood cladding, giving it a clean, geometric and modern look.
