Blairgowrie Home
This striking, contemporary home was built by the Williams Group on the magnificent coastline on Blairgowrie. The 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home was constructed using cement render and Silvertop cladding, giving it a clean, geometric look.
The Blairgowrie home faced many technical challenges. The build took place on a relatively tight block that provided limited access, with a large portion of the bottom floor being underground. The build also required a complex counter lever design, in which the Williams Group team have plenty of experience.
Once complete, the home boasted an incredible open plan living room and entertaining space coupled with a large kitchen and butler's pantry along with a poolside backyard. A lift provides quick and easy access from the large double garage to the master retreat.
